Naturopathic Medical Visits
Your first visit will consist of a detailed history and physical exam. Please allow for one and a half hours for an initial comprehensive visit. An acute visit, reserved for self-limiting conditions, requires 45 minutes.  Please allow 1 hour for the initial pediatric visit.  The wellness consultation requires 45 minutes and is for individuals looking for naturopathic nutritional and supplement advise not directed at a medical condition.  Prior to your visit you will be asked to fill out a detailed health history form. Office Fees:

    Adult New Patient Expanded:                                $170

    Adult New Patient Minimum:                                  $130

    Wellness Consultation:                                           $100
    Pediatric Initial Visit (age 12 and under):                     $130

    Prolotherapy:                            $100 for 1st joint/spinal level, $75 for 2nd joint/                                                                    spinal level, $50 for each subsequent joint/spinal                                                               level per visit.

Fees for laboratory testing, supplements, intravenous nutritional therapy, and prolotherapy vary.

We can e-mail, fax, or send the form to you if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.

Please bring copies of all recent laboratory work and reports along with all supplements and medications you are taking.

We make every attempt to be on time for your appointment and request your cooperation in helping maintain timeliness.

 
Scheduling:

To schedule an appointment please call 951.801.2302.

Appointments: Appointments are made for Tuesdays 10 am to 5 pm, Wednesdays 10 am to 5 pm, Thursdays 10 am to 5 pm and Fridays 10 am to 3 pm. You may call Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment.

Cancellations: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment kindly call in advance of 24 hours to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be billed at $50.  We understand that emergencies occur and therefore we will make exceptions in such circumstances.

Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Insurance: Currently insurance providers in California do not cover for services rendered by naturopathic doctors. If you believe your insurance company will reimburse you we will be happy to provide a superbill. We do not submit bills to insurance companies directly.
