Dr. Ayo K. Bankole

Ayo K. Bankole, ND, PA is a Naturopathic Doctor  devoted to the natural treatment  of  diabetes, obesity, gastrointestinal disorders, musculoskeletal pain, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and hormonal imbalances.   He specializes in prolotherapy for the treatment of painful and injured joints and  possesses advanced training in environmental medicine and detoxification for  illnesses caused by environmental pollution such as heavy metals and other toxins.

He received his Naturopathic Doctorate from  Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences, in Tempe, Arizona, and completed his clinical training at the Southwest Naturopathic Medical Clinic.  He began his medical training at Howard University College of Allied Health in Washington, DC, where he completed the physician assistant program.

He has over a decade of medical experience and seven years of urgent care and emergency medicine practice at Kaiser/Moreno Valley Community Hospital, Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Arizona, Kaiser Permanente Riverside and Prince George’s Hospital Center in Maryland.    

Having a strong appreciation for the role of healthy life-style and preventive  medicine, Dr. Bankole is fully immersed in Naturopathic Medicine as a means of helping individuals achieve optimum health.   Dr. Bankole shifts the focus from over reliance on drugs and surgery to manage disease to treating the cause by emphasizing changes in lifestyle, the proper use of nutrients, hormone balancing and detoxification to restore health.

He is a member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association, the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injections, Academy for the Advancement of Medicine and the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Association of Physician Assistants.
