The Answer to the Epidemic of Obesity

Network news reports periodically remind us how 'fat' we have become through the years.  It's no surprise, with our growing access to fast food counters, larger portions and easy to prepare foods that the calories pile on and our waist lines widen.   Currently 14% of children and 20% of adolescents in the US are overweight according to the CDC.  And in the year 2000, 65% of US adults were overweight.  Pizza, ice cream, burgers, and fries aren't the only issue.  With the relationship of obesity to heart disease, various cancers, diabetes and an overall shortened life expectancy there is insurmountable evidence that doctors who emphasize proper weight maintenance in their practices have a big advantage in helping their patients achieve the health they deserve.  Many individuals make a concerted effort to follow a relatively healthy and well balanced diet while staying active yet still carry excess weight.  Unfortunately, the opposite is more common.

Many individuals have yet to commit themselves to whole food eating, proper caloric intake, and physical activity.  On the other hand many individuals have tried several different weight loss programs only to find temporary weight loss that gradually returns plus more after ending their program.  It's clear in reading the medical literature on weight loss and obesity that one element missing from contemporary weight loss programs is healthy eating and life style behaviors suitable for effective weight loss yet sustainable throughout life.  Another element missing is the eating of real, home prepared foods as opposed to meal replacement shakes, bars or packaged dinners.  I've made it a point to search for and offer my patients a program that contains these important components.  This is why I choose the Ultra Lite Weight Loss Program above a dozen others.  It was voted the #1 weight loss program in 2005 and 2006 by readers of Slimming Magazine.  This weight loss program is an effective and permanent solution to obesity.

The program is offered in five week increments.  Included are five weekly doctor visits to review how you’re doing on the program, a manual detailing proper carbohydrate to protein ratios, healthy foods you'll eat and dozens of healthy recipes, four daily nutritious vitamin/mineral/amino acid packets, and test strips to ensure your burning fats optimally.  Once you've achieved your target weight we will encourage you to enter the maintenance phase offered in ten week increments.  In this portion you'll follow the principles learned in the Ultra Lite phase however you'll eat heavier foods.  Don't wait; contact our office now at 951.801.2302 to schedule your free weight loss consultation to learn more about this innovative, life enhancing program.
